Thank you Kyra for picking up this baby

Doris is 14 weeks old and we bre told that Dad is a Neo and Mum is an Akita thinking think well that is what we are told, she is already a large girl with huge feet, plays well with other dogs, she is not house trained at present

Well, she peed on the floor, and while i mopped it up she jumped on the dining room chair to have a chomp of my roast dinner- Almost as though she planned it!!! Cheeky but cute little madam, settling in nicely.

Spent a few hours playing with our little Buster and his toys and having a sniff around casing the joint. After a full day, finally exhausted and sleeping with the boys all cuddled up.

She's a right little cutie, and pretty confident for a young 'un.

Day 2 in the Vallins-Ware household.

Doris has settled in well. Typical little pup that likes to be around people- I gave in and slept on the sofa last night to stop her whining, also got me away from the lump next to me snoring!!! :-)

She uses puppy pads a lot of the time, though not so good when excited and just has to go! Though have to remember she is still really young despite her size! Doesn't pull on the lead unless she really wants to get to see another dog, just back from a walk with her new friend Buster and she was enjoying the little plod around.

Still not sure what she has in her, whatever her breed, she is gonna be come one big gentle giant, shes lovely! Doris has already learnt that when grouchy Jack Russell gets snappy- 'Sit on it'! She does this a lot and archie is slowly learning not to mess with the new pooch in the pad!!!

Gonna make a fab girlie for a nice family home me thinks!!!

Doris updates:

Doris has made such good friends with Buster that i think they will miss each other when she finds a new home. They play for ages together (got the trashed lounge to prove it) I just have to make it known when they need to calm down and they seem to respond, well a little at least!!

Eating well, Almost got the 'sit' down to perfection, though not so good when food is around as she is too excited. On the lead she is okay, a little tug when out with Buster and she soon stops pulling, though when out with the psychotic, neurotic Archie, she pulls a lot more- Must take her out without him more often I think!!!

Today Doris peed outside quite a lot, and did it a few times on a pad indoors, though she has got into the habit of thinking the hallway door is where she should releive herself- Something else to work on over the next few days.

After walks and playing a lot, she is now sleepy and chilling out with the boys, though going to keep her awake as much as possible so she sleeps the whole night down stairs without getting worried that she is on her own.

Such a cuddly little girl, she sits looking at us with sad looking eyes, until she gets a fuss.

She needs a nice family home soon so she can settle and get to know the routine of her forever family, loving having her, though I think we'll be quite sad when she goes (Make it quick before we get too attached!)
