Walter is not very well, he has brought up what looks like the remains of one of those rope toys, he keeps being sick and is only like water coming out of his back end, all the weight he had put on has now come off, it is thought that this rope had been in him for a while, I took him to Ivan yesterday who gave him a strong antibiotic and he has tablets to take over the next 5 days, if there is no improvement today and tomorrow he will need to go in for an operation on Sunday, please send this wonderful boy healing thoughts, please1 get well Walter

I really hope Walter gets well soon! crossed

Those rope toys are lethal, if any of you have them i'd get rid!

A friend of mine on another dog forum im on had to have life saving surgery for her Berner boy Charlie after he got a stomach blockage from a rope toy.

This is Charlie after the surgery....

And THIS is what they pulled out of him....

Seriously, if any of your puppers have rope toys, please throw them away! You can get alternative "rope" toys, they are similar but are made out of fleece instead of rope and are just as good for playing tug of war with! lol
